An Abridgment from
CREATIVE IMAGE THERAPY
QiE YEARS ag
came to this 3auntry
ing a simple philosophy that
was clearly expressed in the
single phrase, "Every day in
every way I'm.getting better
and better".' Thip was to be
repeated, i.e., duplicated, as
maver times as possible.
This little system of therapy failed,
despite some temporary successes, because
it leaves out the, so far, absolutely indispensable procedures of bringing up into
conscious awareness all major "automatic"
negative image patterns in control in the
subconscious area of the personality.
To say "I'm getting better and better" is sometimes highly dangerous, for
the reason that the word *better" is
vague.
